  1. No Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns for any Rakhi purchased from our website, except in cases of a manufacturing defect. Every Rakhi is carefully handcrafted with love and dedication, and we ensure that it undergoes rigorous quality checks before it is shipped to you.

 

  1. Manufacturing Defects:

In the unlikely event that you receive a Rakhi with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images or additional information to assess the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement of the same Rakhi or a store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

  1. Damaged During Transit:

We take utmost care in packaging your Rakhis to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your Rakhi is damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Besides Rakhis, we also offer other Raksha Bandhan-related products and accessories on our website. Please note that all non-Rakhi items are also non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

 

  1. Refund Policy:

As per our "No Returns" policy, we do not offer refunds for any Rakhi purchase. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will provide a replacement Rakhi of the same design or offer a store credit for the corresponding amount.
